Qualifications

• Executive-level communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to balance growth, client service, and risk management across a large portfolio.
• Demonstrated success generating new business and building referral networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead residency, domicile, and multistate individual income tax matters for high net worth clients.
• Provide executive-level quality and risk oversight on significant engagements.
• Develop and manage a national strategy for residency and state income tax services.
• Mentor Senior Managers and Managers; drive talent development and succession.

Education

CPA, CMI or Law License/JD, LLM required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
