Qualifications

• 4-year degree required.
• 12 years of professional experience.
• CPA, CMI or Law License/JD, LLM required.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Extensive SALT experience in residency, domicile, and multistate matters.
• Proven ability to lead, win new business, and manage risk.

Responsibilities

• Advise high net worth individuals and families on state income tax matters.
• Lead complex residency, domicile, and multistate tax engagements and controversies.
• Serve as senior escalation point for technical issues and client decisions.
• Provide executive-level risk oversight and engagement governance.
• Collaborate with Private Wealth to deliver residency and state tax services nationwide.
• Develop relationships with Private Wealth partners and trusted advisors to grow the practice.
• Lead business development, originate opportunities, and maintain a strong pipeline.
• Represent Baker Tilly in the market through thought leadership and speaking engagements.
