Qualifications

• CPA, CMI or JD/LLM required.
• 4-year degree required.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Extensive state and local tax experience including residency, domicile and controversies.
• Leadership and talent development demonstrated at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior strategic advisor to high net worth individuals and families on residency and state income tax matters.
• Lead complex residency, domicile and multistate tax engagements with risk oversight and client communication.
• Provide executive quality control and risk oversight for significant engagements.
• Partner with Private Wealth leadership to deliver residency and state income tax services nationally.
• Develop relationships with Private Wealth partners and expand client referrals.
• Lead business development and maintain a strong pipeline of engagements.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory developments to shape firm positions and client messaging.
