Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and quality control of deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.
• Lead and manage projects: process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Onboard and support new engagements and client setup.
• Review returns, reconciliations and confirmations; train and mentor peers.
