Job summary

The position leads process improvements and automation initiatives, with prior experience in contracts, financial analysis, marketing and sales.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in sales and use tax compliance.
• Experience supervising tax professionals on projects or engagements.
• Experience preparing and/or reviewing sales and use tax returns.
• CPA or CMI certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains client satisfaction and supports sales tax operations.
• Reviews and approves tax returns, filings, and reconciliations.
• Leads projects around process improvements and firm initiatives.
• Manages onboarding and client relations for new engagements.
