Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Five or more years of experience in sales and use tax compliance.
• Experience supervising tax professionals on a project or engagement basis.
• Experience preparing and/or reviewing sales and use tax returns.
• CPA or CMI certification preferred.
• Proficiency with tax software and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintains Client satisfaction and supports sales tax compliance operations.
• Processes tax returns, filings and reconciliations.
• Reviews prepared returns and filing confirmations.
• Leads and manages projects such as process improvements and firm initiatives.
• Develops relationships with team members and clients.
• Reviews and approves invoices and analyzes financial metrics.
