Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or law, or related field, with credits to sit CPA and/or Bar.
• GPA 3.0+ preferred; academic excellence requested.
• Strong time management, communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Leadership, project management, and collaboration abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Provide state and local tax consulting to middle market and Fortune 500 clients.
• Research nexus, taxability analyses, and quantify potential liabilities.
• Prepare memoranda on state and local tax issues for entities.
• Assist with ensuring tax compliance and supporting voluntary disclosures.
• Collaborate with clients and firm leadership on multi‑state tax projects.
