You will focus on nexus analyses, taxability issues, and voluntary disclosures while expanding your consulting expertise and client service skills in a fast‑growing practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting or law, or related degree in business, with sufficient coursework to sit for CPA and/or Bar.
• Outstanding academic performance; preferred GPA 3.0+.
• Strong leadership, project management, organizational and analytical skills; initiative and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Research state tax issues including nexus determinations and taxability analyses.
• Respond to notices from state and local tax authorities.
• Assist with multi‑state tax controversies, including written protests.
• Assist with due diligence and voluntary disclosure projects.
• Prepare memoranda on state and local tax issues for various entities.
• Prepare and file state and local sales tax returns for multiple clients.
• Interact with multiple clients in deadline‑driven environments with accuracy.
• Analyze large amounts of client data and maintain internal relationships.
