Job summary

Charles Penzone, Inc. is seeking a highly organized training and education leader to inspire and coach Artists in Training, Apprentices, and Creative Educators within our New Artist Concept.

You will partner with Creative Educators to manage schedules, promotions, and day-to-day operations while ensuring outstanding guest experiences. The role emphasizes growth, content development, and excellence in service.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong operational focus.
• Experience in salon/spa industry preferred with leadership exposure.
• Cosmetology license or related field preferred and may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead training initiatives and drive service excellence across teams.
• Oversee day-to-day salon and spa operations in collaboration with educators.
• Schedule artists, apprentices, and educators, and manage timeclock/payroll tasks.
• Support license tracking and renewal processes for staff.
• Provide guest service focus and maintain high standards on floor.
• Develop content and support LMS and training initiatives.
