Job summary

Penzone Salon + Spa is seeking a full-time Training & Education Lead to oversee artist training, scheduling, and educational programs in a fast-paced salon environment. You will coach artists, apprentices, and interns, while ensuring top-tier guest service and adherence to standards.

Ideal candidates bring cosmetology licensure, 1–3 years of leadership experience, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and schedules, supporting the PENZONE brand across the Dublin, OH

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
Cosmetology license and related field experience strongly preferred.
Ability to multi-task and meet department deadlines in a fast-paced salon environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

Lead training initiatives and oversee education programs for artists and apprentices.
Manage day-to-day operations of the training concept in collaboration with educators.
Schedule new artists and maintain educator rosters and time-keeping processes.
Coach and support growth of artists, apprentices, and interns; resolve issues as they arise.
Ensure compliance with state board standards and salon policies.
Provide content development support for technical and non-technical training.
