Job summary

Charles Penzone, Inc. in Dublin, OH, seeks an Esthetician + Makeup Artist in Training to join our BASE ONE concept salon. You will progress through a structured training program while performing services at base prices, gaining hands-on experience under a PENZONE Creative Educator.

The position offers an hourly pay rate with retail commission, a pathway to full licensing requirements, and opportunities to learn within a supportive, creative environment designed to grow your skills and guest base.

Qualifications

• A full-time flexible schedule
• Valid Ohio Esthetics (preferred) or Cosmetology License
• Excellent communication skills with both internal and external guests
• Previous salon experience is welcomed, but not required
• Reliable transportation to BASE ONE in Dublin, OH

Responsibilities

• Esthetician + Makeup Artists In Training will be performing esthetics services at PENZONE x BASE ONE on guests paying base prices.
• Esthetician + Makeup Artists In Training will complete learning modules with a combination of self‑paced hands-on and online training.
• Ensure guest comfort and satisfaction throughout the service while maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards per PENZONE + state board expectations.
