Job summary

Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Minimum 1 year industry service experience preferred.
• 1–3 years leadership experience preferred.
• Cosmetology license strongly preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with diverse guests.
• Pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead training initiatives and promote service excellence.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the New Artist Concept.
• Conduct progress checks and determine promotions.
• Coordinate administrative tasks for new artist training.
• Provide content development for technical and non-technical training.
• Support LMS platform development and educator support.
• Coach apprentices and interns; be primary contact for questions.
• Maintain guest service on the floor and ensure exceptional experiences.
• Maintain Ohio State Board of Cosmetology standards.
