Qualifications

• Cosmetology license or related field strongly preferred.
• 1–3 years leadership experience.

• Pass background check and favorable references.

Responsibilities

• Lead training initiatives and oversee Artists in Training and Apprentices.
• Manage daily operations of the New Artist Concept with Creative Educators.
• Schedule artists and create educator schedules.
• Coach and support growth of artists, apprentices, and interns.
• Maintain payroll and timeclock administration.
• Ensure Ohio State Board of Cosmetology standards are met.
• Provide guest service and support guest experience.
