Job summary

Charles Penzone, Inc. in the Columbus-area salons is seeking a Salon Lead + Manager on Duty to help keep the salon running smoothly and to create an elevated experience for guests and team members.

You will lead opening and closing shifts, set the tone for a positive and productive salon, support professionals with scheduling and book changes, and travel between PENZONE locations as needed while growing your leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) during opening and closing shifts.

• Help address guest questions + concerns and find timely solutions
• Provide an extraordinary guest experience while modeling PENZONE standards
• Complete daily opening + closing responsibilities
• Assist with cash drawers, petty cash + deposits
• Travel between Columbus-area PENZONE locations based on business needs
• Attend company meetings as needed
• Support additional salon needs + projects as assigned
