Job summary

Charles Penzone, Inc. is seeking a Salon Lead + Manager on Duty to help run the salon smoothly and deliver an elevated guest and team experience. You will step in during opening and closing shifts, mentor teammates, and ensure daily operations run efficiently across the Columbus-area PENZONE locations.

Open availability including nights and weekends is required, with a 40-hour workweek. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication are essential for success in this fast-paced

Qualifications

Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Organized, dependable and detail-oriented.
Self-motivated with a solutions-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

Serve as Manager on Duty during opening and closing shifts.
Set a positive, welcoming and productive salon tone.
Support scheduling changes and call-offs for team members.
Address guest questions and concerns with timely solutions.
Provide an exceptional guest experience while modeling PENZONE standards.
Complete daily opening and closing responsibilities.
Assist with cash drawers, petty cash and deposits.
Travel between Columbus-area PENZONE locations as needed.
Attend company meetings and support salon projects.
