Julien Farel Restore Salon & Spa seeks a dedicated Salon & Spa Attendant/Housekeeper to join our team at the Loews Regency Hotel on Park Avenue, NYC. The role focuses on maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting environment for clients in a luxury salon and spa.

You will support operations with laundry, inventory, and supplies, replenish guest amenities, and assist in setup for events. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, with a professional demeanor and a passion for exceptional

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, service-oriented and a positive attitude.
• Previous luxury salon, spa or hospitality experience.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Flexible in schedule; open 7 days/week.
• Availability to work a minimum of 4 days per week, Fridays and Saturdays REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe and clean environment in all areas of the salon and spa.
• Support salon/spa operations with laundry, inventory organization, and supply ordering.
• Replenish towels, beverages and guest amenities throughout the salon and spa areas.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
• Demonstrates professionalism and guest courtesy at all times.
• Assist in all areas of spa operations as requested by management.
• Perform regular inspections of facilities and equipment to address issues promptly.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down equipment for events and activities.

The Salon & Spa Attendant/Housekeeper plays a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness, organization, and overall smooth operation of the salon/spa. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional service to our clients.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure a safe and clean environment in of all areas of the salon, including spa areas, fitness facilities, common areas and back of house in accordance with standard procedures and protocols.
• Support salon/spa operations with laundry, inventory organization, and supply ordering as needed.
• Replenish towels, beverages and guest amenities throughout the salon and spa areas.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for clients.
• Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and guest courtesy at all times.
• Assists in all areas of spa operations as requested by management.
• Perform regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and address any maintenance issues promptly.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down equipment for events and activities.
