Professional Salon Concepts Inc. is seeking a dynamic Salon Consultant to cover Southern Indiana and support salons with product lines and education. This role focuses on building long-term relationships, increasing service and retail dollars, and representing PSC at trainings and events.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years of B2B sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to work to quota. Occasional evenings and weekend events are required as PSC supports the salon industry.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years of B2B sales experience in a vertical market.
• Capability to build strong rapport with potential and existing clients.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to cold call and develop client relationships.
• Ability to learn technical applications related to Salon, digital signage, televisions, and other audio equipment.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Aufgaben

• Sell PSC products and services in the assigned territory in collaboration with Sales leadership.
• Schedule appointments and report sales activity.
• Identify trends and new markets and share with the sales team.
• Close sales over the phone when required.
• Generate new recurring revenue from appointments set.
• Make an average of 8 outbound calls per day.
• Make an average of 8 appointments per day.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual quotas by setting qualified appointments.
