Kao is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive sales and lead a team across Massachusetts and New Hampshire. You will present Kao USA Salon products to salons, coach staff, and build strong client partnerships from day one.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of Salon Sales experience.
• Field Sales Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Present Kao USA Salon products to salons to drive purchases and growth.
• Lead and coach the sales team to meet district goals and expand market share.
• Develop the skills of direct reports through coaching and regular meetings.
• Act with integrity and represent Kao's values in all interactions.
• Prepare periodic sales reports showing efforts and results.
• Engage with industry events and client shows to build relationships.
• Assess competitors and adapt strategies to market trends.
