Kao USA, Inc. is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive sales across Massachusetts and New Hampshire. You will lead a team of sales professionals, implement effective strategies, and partner with the Education Manager to maximize education programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of salon sales experience.
• Experience in field sales management.

Responsibilities

• Present Kao USA Salon products, programs and materials to salons to drive purchasing and investments.
• Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve goals within the District and grow market share.
• Coach and develop direct reports through regular meetings and feedback.
• Model the highest standards of honesty and integrity in all actions.
• Prepare periodic sales reports showing efforts and results.
• Engage in industry events and company functions to represent Kao.
• Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
