Job summary

Drybar is hiring a friendly, energetic Bartender/Front Desk team member to welcome guests and manage bookings. You’ll be the first smile and keep the shop running smoothly, ensuring every guest leaves feeling their best. Weekend availability is required and reliability is non-negotiable.

You’ll earn $15–$25 per hour plus membership commissions, with paid training and ongoing development. Enjoy complimentary blowouts and generous product discounts while helping the team deliver an outstanding

What You’ll Be Doing

Every day looks a little different, but you can expect to:

• Create an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out.
• Welcome every guest with warmth, energy, and genuine hospitality.
• Build relationships that turn first-time guests into loyal Drybar regulars.
• Keep the front desk running smoothly by managing reservations, answering phones, updating guest profiles, and solving scheduling challenges.
• Support our stylists by helping the day flow efficiently behind the scenes.
• Keep the shop beautiful by restocking products, organizing retail displays, maintaining cleanliness, and completing daily side work.
• Be a team player who jumps in wherever needed because everyone succeeds together.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, or another fast-paced guest-focused environment.
• Previous experience with POS systems is a plus.
• Salon, spa, beauty, or hospitality experience is helpful but not required—we can teach the technical stuff.
• Outstanding communication skills and a genuine love for people.
• Strong multitasking, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to stay positive and professional during busy periods.
• Comfortable standing and walking throughout a 6-8 hour shift.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Weekend availability required.
