Drybar in Lyndhurst, OH is seeking an energetic Sales Associate / Customer Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our blowout-focused team. In this role you’ll greet clients, manage appointments, educate on memberships, and help guests leave feeling confident and beautiful.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, using the POS system, processing transactions, and supporting the team during peak hours and events.

Qualifications

• Salon or spa experience is a plus, but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills
• The ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• A positive, professional attitude—even under pressure
• A track record of providing above-and-beyond customer service
• The ability to stand and walk for the majority of a six- to eight-hour shift
• Confidence using technology and learning new systems
• A team-first mindset and willingness to jump in wherever needed
