You will collaborate with Education on programs and report to the Senior Sales Manager, ensuring Kao’s products reach salons and customers effectively.

The role requires building relationships, coaching field teams, and delivering strategic plans to grow market share while upholding Kao’s values and commitments to customers.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Salon Sales experience.
• Field Sales Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Present Kao USA Salon products and materials to salons to drive purchases.
• Lead and coach sales team to achieve district goals.
• Develop sales skills of direct reports through coaching and training.
• Prepare periodic sales reports.
• Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies.
