Job summary

Glow Brands is seeking an Assistant Salon Director to maintain a high-energy, positive environment and drive store performance. You will supervise Tanning Consultants, lead by example in client service, and ensure operational excellence to meet productivity goals.

The role requires leadership, sales readiness, and a commitment to excellent customer experiences, with night/weekend coverage as needed and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Management and/or sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations.
• Lead by example to create a client-centric experience and meet personal sales expectations.
• Maintain a professional and impeccably clean salon environment.
• Establish clear goals and objectives for Team Members.
• Provide coaching, training, and feedback to improve performance.
• Generate sales reports, maintain inventory, and assist with director functions.
• Assist in controlling revenue and expenses.
• Maintain proper staffing for productivity and service quality.
• Work nights and weekends as needed for coverage.
• Arrange bank visits as needed.
• Work five days per week, ~32–40 hours.
