Glow Brands is seeking an Assistant Salon Director to drive store performance and deliver exceptional client experiences. You will supervise Tanning Consultants, coach the team, and maintain high-energy, service-oriented operations in a busy salon environment.

The role requires managing daily operations, ensuring a clean, professional space, and leading by example to meet productivity and sales targets. Evening and weekend coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in management or sales preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of client service techniques and operational practices.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills; ability to coach and mentor.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example to create a client-centric experience and meet sales goals.
• Maintain a professional and impeccably clean salon environment.
• Set clear goals for Team Members and provide coaching and feedback.
• Generate sales reports, manage inventory, and assist with Salon Director duties.
• Support the Salon Director inRevenue growth and cost control.
• Maintain staffing levels to ensure productivity and service quality.
