Sun Tan City is seeking an Assistant Salon Director to uphold a high-energy, client-centric environment and drive store performance. You will oversee Tanning Consultants, coach staff, and ensure operational excellence to meet productivity targets.

The role requires leadership, sales focus, and the ability to manage a fast-paced salon. Benefits include competitive pay, bonuses, and opportunities for advancement within Glow Brands.

Competenze

• College education preferred, but not required.
• Management and/or Sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of client service techniques and operational practices.
• Problem-solving and organizational/planning skills.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and supervisory skills.
• Team-building and delegation abilities.

Mansioni

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced setting.
• Lead by example to drive client-centric service and meet sales goals.
• Maintain a professional, clean salon environment.
• Set clear goals and objectives for team members.
• Provide coaching and training to improve daily performance.
• Generate sales reports, manage inventory, support salon director duties.
• Assist in managing revenue and expenses.
• Maintain proper staffing to balance productivity and service while controlling costs.
• Able to work nights, Saturdays and Sundays as needed.
• Reliable transportation for banking needs.
• Five-day work week, approximately 40–45 hours per week.
