Job summary

Knockouts Haircuts & Grooming is seeking an experienced salon leader in Texas to drive performance, coach staff, and manage daily salon operations. You will oversee scheduling, client service, and local marketing efforts to grow the business.

The role rewards strong leadership with growth opportunities, competitive pay, and a fast-paced, team-driven culture. Texan cosmetology licensing is required and full-time availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Prior salon management or assistant management experience preferred.
• Texas Cosmetology or Barber license required.

$35-$50+ per hour total earnings (base pay + BIG tips + contests + bonuses)
