Job summary

Knockouts Haircuts & Grooming - Weatherford is seeking a Salon Manager & Operator to lead daily operations and deliver outstanding client service in a fast-paced salon. You will lead a talented team, drive performance, oversee scheduling, and participate in local marketing initiatives.

$35–$50+ per hour total earnings (base pay + BIG tips + contests + bonuses)

What We're Looking For:

• Prior salon management or assistant management experience preferred
• Texas Cosmetology or Barber license required
• Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational skills

• Flexible Full Time Schedule
