Job summary

Knockouts Haircuts & Grooming - Rockwall is seeking a Salon Manager & Operator to lead daily operations and motivate a growing team in a fast-paced salon environment. You will drive client service excellence, manage schedules, and contribute to salon growth through contests and local marketing initiatives.

We offer earnings of $35–$50+ per hour total (base pay + tips + bonuses), with benefits and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Texas Cosmetology or Barber license required.
• Prior salon management or assistant management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational skills.
• Ability to train new stylists.
• Coach-able and positive attitude.
• Team Player.
