Job summary

Knockouts Haircuts & Grooming in Texas is seeking a motivated salon manager to lead daily operations, elevate client service, and mentor a talented team. You’ll oversee scheduling, drive performance, and participate in local marketing events.

We offer competitive pay with commission or hourly pay whichever is higher, big tips, growth opportunities, and a benefits package including health, dental, and vision after 90 days.

Qualifications

• Texas Cosmetology or Barber license required.
• Prior salon management or assistant management experience preferred.

$35-$50+ per hour total earnings (base pay + BIG tips + contests + bonuses)

What We're Looking For:

• Flexible Full Time Schedule
