Job summary

Knockouts Haircuts & Grooming is seeking a dedicated salon leader in Rockwall, TX. This role focuses on guiding a team, maintaining top-tier client service, and overseeing daily salon operations to drive performance and growth.

You will participate in local marketing events and help create efficient schedules that meet salon needs. We value a strong leadership mindset, coaching ability, and a flexible, full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Texas Cosmetology or Barber license required.
• Prior salon management or assistant management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational skills.
• Ability to train new stylists.
• Coach-able and positive attitude.
• Team oriented and professional demeanor.
• Men's grooming experience.
• Flexible full-time schedule.

$35-$50+ per hour total earnings (base pay + BIG tips + contests + bonuses)
