Qualifications

• Must hold a current Cosmetology license for the state of application.
• This is a full-time leadership role (minimum 40 hours per week).
• Strong communication, basic math for inventory/cash handling, and positive attitude are required.
• Experience leading a team is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the floor and manage daily salon operations (appointment book, guest experience).
• Coach and mentor stylists using the IGROW model to reach goals.
• Ensure salon safety and regulatory compliance (State Board, OSHA).
• Support local marketing efforts to drive client flow and brand presence.
