Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
• 1 year supervisory experience required.
• Ability to influence others effectively.
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, and orienting employees.
• Meet sales goals and coach staff to improve performance and profits.
• Schedule and assign employees; monitor work results.
• Control expenses to meet financial objectives.
• Ensure store compliance with legal requirements and maintain store reputation.
• Delegate tasks to keep stores clean, stocked, organized, and customer ready.
• Build rapport with customers to foster loyalty and long-term relationships.
• Create a positive, motivating team environment.
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize net profits.
• Take custody of all money and handle banking requirements.
