Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in retail/customer service.
• 1 year supervisory experience.
• Ability to influence others.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for 7+ hours per day; lift 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation; flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, and orient store staff.
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to staff; including coaching, counseling, disciplining employees.
• Comprises scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Monitor controllable expenses to achieve financial objectives.
• Maintain store reputation by complying with all legal requirements.
• Assign tasks to keep stores clean, stocked, organized, and customer ready.
• Establish rapport with customers to build loyalty.
• Create a positive, motivating, team-based environment.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profit.
• Safeguard and account for all money; handle banking responsibilities.
