Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service.
• 1 year supervisory experience.
• Able to stand, bend, and walk for 7+ hours daily.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, and orienting employees.
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to staff.
• Schedules and assigns employees; follows up on results.
• Monitors controllable expenses to achieve financial objectives.
• Ensure store compliance with legal requirements and maintain reputation.
• Assigns tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, organized, and customer ready.
• Builds rapport with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Creates a positive, motivating, team-based environment.
• Investigates and resolves customer concerns promptly.
• Analyzes daily sales and expenses to maximize profits.
• Safely handle cash and banking responsibilities.
