Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail or customer service environment.
• 1 year supervisory experience.
• Ability to influence others.
• Stand, bend, and walk for long periods (7+ hours).
• Able to lift 25 pounds and work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, and orienting employees.
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff.
• Schedules and assigns employees; follows up on work results.
• Monitors expenses to achieve financial objectives (labor, cost of sales, expenses).
• Ensures store compliance with legal requirements and maintains store reputation.
• Manage tasks to keep stores clean, stocked, organized and customer ready.
• Builds rapport with customers to foster loyalty and long-term relationships.
• Creates a positive, motivated, team-based environment.
• Investigates and resolves customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Analyzes daily sales and expenses to maximize net profits.
• Safeguards money received and handles banking responsibilities.
