Qualifications

• Must have valid cosmetology or barber license.
• 3 years of stylist experience preferred.
• 1 year of salon leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead salon operations and team members, modeling Regis' core values.
• Recruit top talent and manage staffing levels.
• Evaluate performance and document individual goals for team members.
• Educate clients on services, products and pricing before services.
• Oversee local marketing initiatives, including coupons and client appreciation events.
