Regis Corporation seeks a Salon Leader to oversee operations at a Regis-affiliated salon (Supercuts, Holiday Hair, or Cost Cutters). You will lead a team, recruit staff, coach performance, and ensure an exceptional client experience.

You’ll drive local marketing, educate clients on services, and uphold Regis standards with a friendly, professional approach. Flexibility and ongoing training are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid cosmetology or barber license.
• Three years of experience as a stylist; leadership experience preferred.
• Supercuts SLs must have Hair Stylist Academy certificate.

Responsibilities

• Recruit top talent, including interviewing and hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Evaluate team performance against goals and document progress.
• Model quality services by consulting with clients and applying service techniques.
• Lead local marketing initiatives including coupon campaigns and client appreciation events.
• Educate clients and team on home hair care and recommended services/products.
• Maintain client satisfaction and build client loyalty through excellent service.
• Provide customized consultations and state final prices before service begins.
• Complete required leadership administrative tasks (POS, timecards, inventory, onboarding, scheduling).
• Communicate effectively with clients, team, leadership, and corporate support.
• Meet or exceed personal/salon productivity standards.
• Protect salon assets and enforce cash handling procedures.
• Lead, train, and model all salon services.
• Maintain flexible scheduling to fit business needs, including nights/weekends.
