Regis Corporation is seeking a Salon Leader to drive salon operations, lead a team, and model Regis' core values in a friendly, professional manner.

Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, marketing initiatives, and ensuring client satisfaction across Regis brands such as Supercuts, Holiday Hair, and Cost Cutters. A cosmetology or barber license is required, with leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must maintain a valid cosmetology or barber's license.
• Three years of stylist experience preferred; one year in a salon leadership role preferred.
• All SLs must complete assigned Regis training and SC SLs require HSA completion.

Responsibilities

• Recruit top talent and manage salon staffing.
• Evaluate performance and document individual goals.
• Model services and consult with clients to promote services.
• Lead local marketing initiatives and client appreciation events.
• Educate clients and team on proper home hair care and product recommendations.
• Ensure client satisfaction and build client loyalty.
• Manage salon finances and POS-related tasks; schedule appointments.
• Lead and train staff, maintain high standards of service.
• Maintain flexible shifts including nights and weekends.
• Attend required technical trainings and meetings.
