Qualifications

• Barber license is required.
• Current barber license or qualification is mandatory.
• Completion of assigned Regis training (HSA) is required for SC Barbers/Stylists/Stylist-in-Training.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality barber services with professional consultation and techniques.
• Educate clients on home hair care and recommended services/products.
• Maintain customer service standards to build client loyalty and satisfaction.
• Adhere to salon policies, scheduling, POS tasks, and client communication.
