Job summary

Regis Corporation is seeking a Salon Manager to lead daily operations, drive profitability, and coach a team of stylists. You will deliver high-quality haircare services and mentor staff to provide exceptional guest experiences.

This role requires a cosmetology or barber license, flexibility for evenings/weekends, and travel for meetings. You will manage administration and read and write effectively to support salon success.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current cosmetology or barber license as required by state regulations.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Tech savvy and able to perform administrative tasks.
• Willingness to travel for mandatory meetings and trainings, including overnight travel.
• Read, write, and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Oversee salon operations, provide leadership and tools for success.
• Lead staff to grow clientele and profitability, teach business concepts.
• Perform all haircare services offered and ensure high-quality guest experience.
