Qualifications

• Must hold a valid cosmetology or barber license.
• Three (3) years of experience as a stylist preferred.
• One (1) year of experience in a salon leadership role preferred.
• Must complete Regis training as required.
• SC SLs must have Hair Stylist Academy completion certificate.

Responsibilities

• Lead salon operations and team members, modeling Regis values.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and evaluate staff to meet staffing needs.
• Consult with clients to provide customized services and price estimates.
• Promote and participate in local marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Educate clients and team on home hair care and product recommendations.
• Maintain client satisfaction and build loyalty through exceptional service.
• Manage administrative tasks (POS, timecards, inventory, onboarding, scheduling).
• Communicate effectively with clients, team, leadership, and corporate support.
