Hair Cuttery Family of Brands in Raleigh, NC seeks an Assistant Salon Leader to fuse styling with leadership. As the Right Hand to the Salon Leader, you’ll guide daily operations, mentor stylists, and keep guests happy while maintaining a creative edge behind the chair.

This full-time role focuses on coaching, scheduling, compliance with state boards and OSHA, local partnerships, and building a positive salon culture.

Qualifications

• Current Cosmetology license for the applying state.
• Full-time leadership role (min 40 hours per week).
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform services with precision.
• Great attitude, basic math for inventory/cash, and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations and manage appointment book in Zenoti.
• Coach and mentor stylists using the IGROW model.
• Ensure compliance with State Board and OSHA standards.
• Support local marketing partnerships to keep chairs full and the brand buzzing.
