Job summary

Hair Cuttery Family of Brands is seeking an Assistant Salon Manager who will act as the right hand to the Salon Leader, keeping the shop energized, guests happy, and the team on track. You’ll be the captain when the Salon Leader is out and will balance creativity with leadership to drive profitability.

You will continue to build a positive salon culture, mentor staff, and participate in scheduling, performance tracking, and local partnerships to grow the business.

Qualifications

• You must hold a current Cosmetology license for the applicable state.
• This is a full-time leadership role (minimum 40 hours per week).
• Demonstrated leadership, strong attitude, and excellent communication are essential.
• Bring personal equipment daily and be ready to rock!

Responsibilities

• Lead the floor and manage the appointment book to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Coach and mentor stylists to achieve goals and grow careers.
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance with State Board and OSHA standards.
• Assist with local marketing campaigns to keep the chairs filled.
