Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a Salon Development Partner to drive growth with current and new Aveda salon partners. You will open new salon accounts, expand the product mix, and lead training and events across regions to meet sales goals.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in retail/salon management within cosmetics, strong coaching and presentation skills, and proven ability to plan strategically while negotiating effective partnerships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Retail/Salon management experience within cosmetics or related industry.
• Retail/Salon Training & Coaching Experience.
• New business development experience.
• Experience in strategic planning and execution.
• Knowledge of contracting, negotiating.
• Ability to develop and deliver presentations with passion and creativity.
• Excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.

Responsibilities

• Open new salon accounts and identify growth opportunities.
• Grow sales volume and product mix in existing salon accounts.
• Organize salon owner meetings and train on Aveda products and services.
• Travel to salon locations and manage regional call cycles.
• Plan and execute SDP business development cycles and guest events.
• Oversee inventory levels and target top products with accounts.
