Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience coaching retail/salon teams is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Solution selling and professional presentation abilities are required.
• Excellent customer service and discretion are essential.
• Willingness to travel and hold a valid driver’s license are needed.

Responsibilities

• Open new salon accounts and expand the Aveda salon network.
• Identify growth areas and develop a new business pipeline.
• Increase sales volume and product mix in existing salons.
• Plan and execute education events and training with region Educators.
• Build strong relationships with salon owners and teams to drive programs.
