The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a Salon Development Partner to drive growth within existing salon partners and open new Aveda salons. You will build relationships with salon owners and educators, deliver brand training, and execute a robust call cycle across regions.

You will travel as needed to meet targets, promote Aveda programs, and increase product penetration while maintaining high standards of service and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail/salon management experience within cosmetics or related industry.
• New business development experience.

Responsibilities

• Open new salon accounts in line with targets and brand guidelines.
• Identify growth opportunities and build a sales pipeline.
• Increase retail productivity and product mix in salons.
• Organise salon owner meetings and provide product training.
