Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a Salon Development Partner to drive growth within existing Aveda salon partners and open new Aveda salon locations.

You will manage confidential information with discretion and integrity while delivering brand programs and education. In this role you will identify growth opportunities, build a robust sales pipeline, conduct salon owner meetings, and partner with Educators to ensure deep product knowledge and compelling guest events across the assigned

Qualifications

• 3+ years Retail/Salon management experience within cosmetics or related industry.
• Retail/Salon Training & Coaching experience.
• New business development experience.
• Experience in strategic planning and execution.
• Knowledge of contracting and negotiating.
• Ability to deliver presentations with passion and creativity.
• Excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of tools.

Responsibilities

• Open new salon accounts in accordance with Targets and Brand Guidelines.
• Identify growth areas and monitor opportunities regularly.
• Seek and secure new leads, develop a sales pipeline.
• Increase sales volume and product mix in existing accounts.
• Organize Salon Owner meetings and communicate Brand information.
• Work with Educators to build relationships and channels of communication.
• Achieve the annual sales growth goal set by National Sales Manager.
• Inspire and educate the salon network to fulfil Aveda Salon Model.
• Plan and execute call cycles for the assigned region.
• Promote and execute guest events and product launches.
