Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a Salon Development Partner to drive growth with existing salon partners and expand the Aveda salon footprint.

This role requires discretion and integrity due to access to confidential information and includes travel to salons regionally. You will open new salon accounts, identify growth opportunities, develop a strong sales pipeline, train staff, and collaborate with Education Development Partners to share product knowledge and promotions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail/salon management in cosmetics or related industry.
• Retail/salon training & coaching experience.
• New business development experience.
• Experience in strategic planning and execution.
• Knowledge of contracting and negotiating.
• Ability to deliver presentations with passion and creativity.
• Excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Open new salon accounts in line with Targets and Brand Guidelines.
• Identify growth areas and monitor opportunities.
• Secure new leads and develop a pipeline.
• Increase sales volume and product mix in existing salons.
• Organize salon owner meetings and train on Aveda products & services.
• Collaborate with Education Development Partners on product knowledge and events.
• Plan and execute education initiatives and guest events.
• Travel between salon locations with a valid driver’s license.
