Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking a field-based Salon Business Consultant to support salons in Richmond and surrounding areas. You will visit salons, build trusted relationships, and provide expert business guidance to drive growth and loyalty.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year outside sales or beauty industry consultative selling.
• Must reside within the assigned territory.
• Proficient with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram) to build pipelines.
• Ability to travel locally and attend shows and events.

Responsibilities

• Grow the business by identifying key accounts and expanding customer partnerships.
• Demonstrate promotions and educate salons on products and concepts.
• Travel within territory to meet sales goals and cover shows.
• Manage administrative tasks including order entry and customer data in Salesforce.
• Build online community and social connections to generate new customers.
