Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking a Salon Business Consultant to grow salon sales in the assigned territory. You will identify key accounts, demonstrate promotions, and expand product lines through in-person visits and social media outreach.

You will build relationships with salons, barbers, spas, and licensed beauty professionals, travel locally, and collaborate with vendors to meet monthly and annual sales goals. Requires strong time management and sales skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year outside sales or beauty industry consultative selling experience.
• Must live within assigned territory.
• Strong knowledge of social media for pipeline building.
• Experience with Salesforce, Outlook, Oracle or similar tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow salon business by identifying key accounts and developing routes.
• Demonstrate and support in-salon promotions and concepts.
• Identify customer needs and offer products/services to meet them.
• Travel locally to client salons for appointments and shows.
• Build and manage a digital presence to attract clients and promotions.
• Lead product knowledge sessions, in-person and virtual.
• Coordinate with customer service, accounts, IT, and other teams.
